MMDA continues to "go green" and will not have handouts of speakers' presentations on site at the meeting. Registered attendees will receive an email with instructions on how to download handouts. If you have registered and have not received an email with instructions, please email for instructions. Wifi will be available at no cost during the meeting, but we encourage attendees to download the handouts beforehand.

The MMDA group rate is offered to all participants. For reservations, The Hotel offers a 20% room discount to MMDA conference attendees. Cancellation Policy for 2017 MMDA Annual Conference
All cancellations must be made in writing to MMDA. Notices can be emailed to or faxed to 410-385-0154, Attention: Registrar. Cancellations received by October 20, 2017 will receive a refund minus the $50.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received after October 20, 2017 up to November 1, 2017 will be refunded one-half of the registration fees. Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to MMDA. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery of refund if payment was made by check. Cancellations after November 1, 2017 will result in the forfeiture of all registration fees. If you do not attend, you forfeit all registration fees. Partial or full registration fees that have been forfeited will not be applied to subsequent meetings and events. Absolutely no exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy.
